WARRANTY COVERAGE

MESG will log all Warranties by order number. Where applicable, it only applies to the original, individual owner. MESG Warranties are non-transferable, meaning an original owner cannot transfer a MESG Warranty to another owner.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

1.1 Defects with Metallic Epoxy Interiors that only include cracks, peeling and stains

MESG shall commence such repairs of only the affected area, within a reasonable period of time provided the Client has removed at Client’s cost all obstructions and equipment installed which would hinder or interfere with repairs being made. MESG responsibility and obligation to repair any defects in the job shall become enforceable only if the customer has made full payment for the job.

2. WARRANTY PERIOD

2.1 Every Warranty is valid for (from date of completion): One (1) Year Limited Warranty

a) MESG shall be released from this warranty if the Works are in anyway tampered with either by the Customer’s servants or agents or by any other third person.
b) Difference in colour and visibility of joint line between the rectified area and existing areas should be accepted.
c) Slight Bumps between the rectified area and existing areas should be accepted.
d) The area for rectification works will be marked out and finalized by MESG.

3. Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

3.1 Pigmentation and Streaking (Natural Formation during the curing period) within MESG’s Interior.

3.2 Unevenness of existing substrate which may affect the final finishing of MESG’s Interior.

3.3 Discrepancies or variations between design samples and completed design service.

3.4 Any MESG’s Interior with Mirror Finishing.

3.5 Any works not specified in Sales Order.

3.6 Surfaces that may absorb moisture and result in wood rot, termite damage, or delaminating due to deterioration of underlayment.

3.7 Colour-fade and/or ambering due to natural causes such as sunlight, UV-light exposure, improper after-care techniques.

3.8 Bleeding of color caused by rust, knots, or acid rain.

3.9 Blemish caused by turmeric or related spices.

3.10 Scratches, Damages & wearing of Top Coat.

3.11 Cracking / Peeling of Metallic Epoxy due to substrate beneath MESG’s Interior.

3.12 Cracking / Peeling of Metallic Epoxy due to Structural defects, movement of concrete slab, or settling movements.

3.13 Bubbling / Bulging of Metallic Epoxy due to moisture emission from substrate beneath MESG’s Interior.

3.14 Any gradients / levelled surfaces that could lead to water pooling.

3.15 Damage due to physical abuse such as gouging, scraping, cracking from movement of pavement or surface.

3.16 Damage due to premature usage of product before proper cure times or against MESG’s instructions.

3.17 Damage caused whole or in part from fire, cooking oil, flood, Acts of God, negligence of other contractors and workers, or any other causes beyond the control of MESG.

3.18 Any form of consequential losses, damage or inconvenience sustained by the Customer arising from or as a result of any of the defects described herein.

3.19 MESG reserves the right to revise the Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in response to changes to our practices.
